Playing feels smooth and easy with the comfortable 24 3/4” scale length and modern thin “U” neck profile while the 18th fret neck-to-body joint provides easy access to the upper register of the fingerboard. Premium Guild Vintage 18 tuners with 18:1 gear ratio and Tune-o-matic bridge ensure stable tuning while using the Guild Vibrato Tailpiece for bends and added musical versatility. The Starfire I is powered by Guild HB-2 Alnico humbuckers in the neck and bridge, equipped with push-pull coil splitting to allow for singing, single coil tones from either pickup.
