Return Policy
For Purchases Online
New Items
All new items may be returned within 7 days of the date of the delivery for a full refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all return shipping costs. Twin Town Guitars reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
Used/Vintage Items
All used and vintage items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us immediately either by phone (612-822-3334) or email (guys@twintown.com). We need to evaluate all used and vintage returns on a case by case basis. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Purchases In-Store
New Items
All new items may be returned for a full cash/credit refund within 24 hours, and for store credit within 48 hours of purchase. Twin Town Guitars reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Used/Vintage Items
All used and vintage items may be returned within 24 hours from purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us immediately either by phone (612-822-3334) or by email (guys@twintown.com), as we need to evaluate all used and vintage returns on a case by case basis. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products or special orders, personalized items, gift cards or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
