Gibraltar swivel nuts fit into the lug casing and physically receive the treaded tension (key) rod. When a tension rod can no longer be turned and is "stripped," it is usually the swivel nut that is the stripped part and needs replacement. The Gibraltar SC-LG is a large swivel nut with a 6mm internal thread. They fit inside the lug box and accommodate the tensioning rod.
