Patrick Horigan is a left-handed musician who performs and teaches a wide array of musical genres. Born in Wichita, Kansas, he came to the Twin Cities to study music at McNally Smith College of Music. Patrick quickly became a multi-instrumentalist for several local bands, playing keyboards and synthesizers in funk band, PHO, guitar in indie rock outfit, Good Doom, and bass at Wayman AME Church in North Minneapolis. Patrick approaches lessons with an optimistic attitude toward student progress with musical literacy, improvisation, rhythm and feel, tone and overall musical knowledge. He highly encourages learning based on the student's musical interest, as well as setting goals to maximize progression and to get the most out of lessons. Patrick's lessons are offered in a warm, fun and educational environment.
