Pure Vintage U.S. Jaguar Style.
For the guitarist who craves pure vintage Fender style, the American Vintage series presents original-era model year guitars built with meticulous attention to accurate detail that bring Fender history and heritage to authentic and exciting new life.
Built using original tooling and based on actual 1965 models we tracked down, the U.S.-made American Vintage '65 Jaguar marks a key chapter in the guitar's history. That is, after surf and before punk, when the sole '60s member of Fender's big four guitars staked its own growing claim in the hearts and hands of alternative-minded guitarists who appreciated its distinctive shorter-scale design, sleek chromed-out look and offbeat status.
There's not another guitar like it!
The Godin Richmond Empire has a retro style and attitude all its own and it packs a tonal "punch" that won't hurt your wallet!
The Empire features a 24 3/4 ” scale, and two Godin Kingpin P90 single-coil pickups. Pickups are housed in a single cutaway solid body with a silver leaf maple center and poplar wings or the solid mahogany body of the Empire mahogany HG. The pickups are controlled by separate volume and tone knobs, along with a 3-way toggle switch.
The Empire’s bolt-on mahogany neck features the worn in feel of an Ergocut rosewood fingerboard for an incredibly comfortable playing experience. These retro rockets are finished off with high-ratio tuning machines, a chrome wraparound bridge and black or Nordic white pickguards depending on the finish. UPC: 623501039456
