Twin Town Guitars offers complete Guitar and Amplifier repair. This includes our famous $25 Set-Up, Guitar and Tube Amplifier service on-site at the store, as well as Solid State Amplifier and Pedal Effect repairs and Custom Luthier work done off-site by our Twin Town technicians. If it's been broken, there’s a good chance we can fix it for you.

Repairs and Service issues are addressed in the order they are brought in unless we are awaiting a part order or direction from the customer. Due to these situations WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TURN-AROUND TIMES on Guitar and Amplifier Service, However general turn-around times for repairs and service at Twin Town Guitars are as follows…
- ONE WEEK OR LESS: For Guitar Set-Ups or other on-site Repairs.
- TWO WEEKS OR LESS: For Tube Amplifier, Solid State Amplifier, or Custom Luthier Service.

- *Set-ups for 12 string guitars, Floyd Rose, Kahler, or other locking tremolo systems is $35

- New bridges crafted for arch-top guitar, banjos and mandolins
- Guitar neck heat press treatment
- Re-fret (nickel or stainless steel available) or fret dress treatments

- Instruments re-built at an hourly rate

If you are in need of a last minute repair bring your instrument in to the store to be checked out by our technicians. If they determine that the repair can be accomplished within a limited time they will offer the option of Guaranteed Service by 5 pm the following day for a Rush Fee.
RUSH FEES ARE:
- An Additional $25: For Guitar Set-Ups or other on-site Repairs
- An Additional $40: For Tube Amplifier or other on-site Repairs
- Sorry No Rush Fee Service for Off-Site repairs
